Monthly Cisco Support Contracts, Cisco Maintenance Contractsand Ad Hoc support that provides you with all of the benefits of your existing provider and more. It’s flexible support that can be tailored around your individual business needs but without a long-term commitment that means if your organisation’s needs change your support package can change too.

There are 3 levels of support available:

Gold

  • 16 hours service time per month.
  • Minimum contract length one month.

Silver

  • Eight hours service time per month.
  • Minimum contract length two months.

Bronze

  • Five hours service time per month.
  • Minimum contract length three months.

We also offer prepaid Ad Hoc Cisco support- meaning you only pay for the hours that you actually use.

All contracts give you access to our team of highly experienced CCIE’s via phone, email, chat and remote login.
